Five thread sizes, each with the range of cable it grips. Measure the jacket and read across.

Measure the outside of the cable jacket with calipers or a ruler. Pick the gland whose range covers that number, ideally near the middle of the range.
The thread size is the hole in your box. An NPT 1/2 in gland needs a hole tapped for 1/2 in NPT, or a clearance hole with the lock nut on the inside.
