XHF started in 2018 with one product: a box of insulated wire ferrules. The people buying it were wiring their own control panels, 3D printers and CNC machines, and they kept running into the same problem. A stranded wire pushed into a screw terminal splays, a few strands miss the clamp, and a month later the connection is warm and loose.
A ferrule fixes that for a few cents. Crimp a copper sleeve over the stripped end and the terminal clamps one solid pin instead of forty loose strands. We still sell more ferrules than anything else, in every gauge from 24 AWG to 6 AWG and in six collar colors, because a panel builder who codes circuits by color needs the same gauge in blue and in red.
The same ferrule goes into a control panel and a camper. Pick the job and we list the lines that belong in it.
Heat shrink came next. Every panel job ended with a splice somewhere else, and a splice needs covering. We started with 3:1 tubing that has a glue lining, since that is the kind that seals out water, and then added thin 2:1 tubing for the jobs where flexibility matters more than sealing. Today the XHF range covers 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 tubing, from 1/16 inch up to 2 inches, on short sticks, on 20-foot lengths and on rolls long enough for a shop.
The rest of the catalog grew from the questions people asked us. Where the cable leaves the box outside, it needs a gland, so we make nylon cable glands in five NPT sizes with the cable range printed for each.
Three tables we use ourselves before choosing a size. Each is worked out from the XHF range and links to the packs.

Where cable runs along a wall or under a desk, it needs a clip, so there are adhesive clips, zip tie mounts and screw-down saddles. Solar builders and boat owners asked for heavy battery lugs, and we pack those with red and black heat shrink so the polarity is marked when the crimp is done.
We sell by the pack, and we think the pack should be sized for a real job. A thousand 18 AWG ferrules is about right for a busy season of panel work. Ten 2/0 lugs is enough for a battery bank. A 4-foot stick of 1-inch tubing covers a handful of cable ends. Where a bigger pack makes sense, we offer it, and every pack table shows the price per piece or per foot, so you can see what the bigger pack saves.
Before a new size joins the range, it gets crimped on our bench with the same hexagonal crimper we sell in the ferrule kit. If the sleeve does not close round on the wire it was made for, the size does not ship. It is a small habit, but it is the reason our gauge labels match the wire they say they fit.
What we do not make matters too. There is no XHF wire for the circuits inside your walls, no metal glands for hazardous locations, and no crimper for battery lugs. When a job needs those, a hardware store or an electrical supplier is the right place, and our guides say so where it comes up.
We lay the range out like a parts catalog because that is how our buyers work. You know the wire, so you start with the gauge. Each product line has one page with a table of every pack we make, and you choose a row, not a picture. The size charts are worked out from our own range, and the guides quote the federal rules on splices and terminals word for word, with the date we read them.

I used this to stabilize the old brittle cloth and rubber insulation in the electrical boxes in my home. The piece of mind is incalculable. It's super easy to use, feels at least as thick/durable as factory wire insulation and it shrinks MORE than 3:1 in diameter without loosing ANY length at the low setting of my heat gun.
Good value and included case keep the tubing sizes together. The tubing range should cover a wide range of conductors/cables. Used the 3/32” size to cover but jointed 22GA wire and the 3/16” to cover the group of conductors. The con is that the 8 different sizes are divided into 4 sections which requires some hunting of the different tubing sizes.
This 200-piece set of self-adhesive cable zip tie mounts, paired with 8-inch zip ties and screws, is designed for efficient cable management in both indoor and outdoor settings.
These cable clips are simple but very useful for keeping wires neat and organized. The adhesive backing sticks well to clean, smooth surfaces, and the clips hold common cables securely without being too bulky. Having 120 pieces in the pack is also great for organizing multiple areas around the house or office.

Read the guideMatch the ferrule to the wire gauge, not to the terminal. An 18 AWG wire takes an 18 AWG ferrule, whatever block it goes into. Our wire ferrule size chart lists every gauge with its mm² size and the packs we make.
It is the shrink ratio. A 3:1 tube closes down to a third of the size printed on it, so a 3/8 in tube shrinks to 1/8 in. A 2:1 tube closes to half, a 4:1 tube to a quarter.
The glue lining melts as the tube shrinks and fills the gaps around the wire, which is what keeps water out of a splice. Thin 2:1 tubing has no lining and does not seal.
Measure the outside of the cable jacket and find the gland size whose range covers it. Our cable gland size chart lists the range for all five NPT sizes.
